Maggie Bao

Maggie Bao is an undergraduate student at Rice University pursuing a B.S in Bioscience and a minor in Data Science. She joined the Chen Lab in June 2022 as a hybrid student helper. She is currently using bioinformatics to study the ABCA4 gene in human retinal organoids. Maggie enjoys playing badminton in her free time. She plans to pursue a public health graduate degree in the future.
