Jin Li is a postdoc in the Chen lab at Baylor College of Medicine from Jan 2021. He got his bachelor and master’s degree in computer science in China, and he has obtained his Ph.D. degree in bioinformatics from Texas A&M University in 2018. Before joining Dr. Chen’s lab, Jin has worked on epigenetic data analysis of bisulfite-sequencing for one year and a half as a postdoc at Institute of Biosciences and Technology, Texas A&M University. Jin’s research in the Chen lab focuses on data analysis of single cell genomics and spatial genomics.
