Jiaxiong received his Bachelor’s and Masters’ degree from Xinjiang University, China. He joined Rui’s lab since 2019. Using single-cell CRISPR genetic screenings, his projects aim to identify of novel IRD disease-causing genes and define IRD gene functions by looking at the transcriptome profiling.
